My name is Tram. I grew up in a non-privileged household and started working in the nail industry at age 16. I wanted to secure my future by getting a Masters Degree as a Physician Assistant. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to start up 2 nail salons. Life is ever changing and I wanted to challenge myself and began my real estate journey last year where I flipped a house and started my AirBnB business this year! My goal is achieve and inspire others to acquire passive income, financial freedom and build generational wealth.
