Founded in 2011 by Anna Wallack, Misha and Puff has been able to open up more opportunities to the women of Peru. Knitters have the option to either work from home or the knitting center (which provides a day care and meals) in support for their families.
The goal has been to make work feel more like a collaboration and so far it's been successful as each knitter takes much pride in how she chooses to knit each piece. Once finished, she personalizes it with her signature on the hangtags.
